If you are going to have selected times to donate- you may want to express the WAIT time to customers as they may have to get back to work or else where. Also had several areas that could have been opened, and staff not in little pods just chatting.

I've been going to the American Fork Biolife since it opened. It is unbelievable how far it's fallen. As many others have noted, the wait times are out of control. My last two appointments took over 3 hours. The staff has had huge turnover and the new phlebotomists show little to no interest in the donors. They have no sense of urgency. The employees chit chat between tasks, walk slowly, look around at all the people waiting, and are just generally sooo slow. No hustle, no efficiency. It was painfu... read more

I don't know what's happened at this Biolife center, but I can't say much good about it and can't say enough bad. The last 2 times I donated it took over 3 hrs to get in and got out. Half their sections were closed and in the sections that were open, their staffing was almost non-existent. Add that on to the ridiculously low compensation schedule that they've gone to this year and why continue to go. Last year at this same time, it never took more than 2 hrs to get in and out even at peak times because all their sections wer... read more
