I would give 5 stars, but they lose a star for the hematoma they gave me on my second donation. The girl stuck the needle in wrong and they didn’t check on me before it was too late. I was in pain for 3 weeks after this incident and I couldn’t even do the dishes for 3 weeks. I called the location to talk to a nurse and it took them over 5 days to call me back. Staff is very friendly and understanding. They do a great job taking care of us and did extremely well during Covid to keep us coming back!!
I think they schedule too many donors at a time, I had to wait 20 minutes just to do the questions, Just feeling scheduling could be a little better Staff is nice!!!
