I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately I wasted hours of my time making 2 separate trips there, days apart, only to get "rejected" for various arbitrary suspicious reasons. The first time I went there 2-24-19 they said my plasma appearence was too cloudy, even though I had made sure NOT to eat any fatty foods that day. The Professional, courteous, and friendly staff were very accommodating and reassuring throughout my first experience donating plasma.
I went to bio life today as a new donor. I had tried a few years ago but was deferred from bad veins. I thought I would give it a chance since it has been so long since I tried and I'm glad I did. The staff I worked with today were awesome. I even got to witness some training of staff which I thought was great and wonderful to see the employees work so well to train new members of their staff. Go twice a week great place great staff. Very professional.
It really depends who you get for a fleb. Some are good. And some are bad. Like really bad. Like bruise up your arm for 2 weeks bad. So bad that she couldn't insert an IV into my arm without blowing through my vein or needing help from her supervisor. I thought it was just my dumb luck but NOPE!! Not only for MY arm but every person who came in after me and was unlucky enough to be sent to Jessica's area.
