Absolutely REDICULIOUS!!! The wait time is rediculious. It's an easy Fix. It's called NOT ALLOWING SOO MANY SCHEDULED TIME SLOTS, if u do not have enough staff. Much more of this and I'm done donating
The staff are great! The rest is absolutely horrible! I have been donating here for over 5 years and this is the worst I have ever seen it. The wait time is insanely long 3-5 hours that is way to long I schedule my appt before I go to work at 8:45 and I get out of there after 1 I go to work right after it is becoming a hassle and is extremely frustrating to wait that long . If it does not change I will have to stop my donations .
