Marvin and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning two rooms. The rooms had been infested with rats. Marvin cleaned and sanitized everything. It is amazing how much better the rooms look and smell now. They were friendly and courteous, and worked hard to get it done. I highly recommend Marvin and Pro-Tech.

Marvin and his team supported me in cleaning up my elderly father's home. They were compassionate, good-humored, and hardworking as they helped with disposing of old food, trash, and rodent droppings from hoarding and rodent infestation. They worked quickly and effectively, while respecting my father's wishes. Marvin and his team did an amazing job. It was a big haul but they got it done in a little under two days! They were flexible and very helpful in getting everything done we needed them to! They were timely, asked questions as needed, but most of all were safe, fast and efficient.

Professionals at their finest. Friendly people who know what they are doing. From removing rodent droppings, to heavy sanitizing removing mold on any surface, to removing appliances that are rusted or don’t work, they get the job done. Marvin and his team were fantastic. There is no hidden surprises from them. They tell you what they will do. They also provide options if you need additional services. Highly, highly recommended.
