Went to the Cirby Way location for blood draw on 10-17-2016 ONLY TO FIND OUT "THEY" HAD SHUT DOWN LOCATION MONTHS EARLIER and apparently do not update insurance companies of this action!!!!! BAD MOVE
they have terrible service, they don!'t even have phone service anymore, I have been trying to get ahold of them for days. They work for a doctor that doesn't tell you the truth about your test and will not give you a copy of your test.
