I should have listened to the prior reviews i had read online as Biocorrect couldnt have been more wrong/incorrect in making my orthotics. I basically wasted $400. on two pieces of plastic that are far from custom. The only reason they are custom is because they are guessing what my foot structure is. I honestly don't even know why they bother taking a mold of your feet because they dont seem to even use the molds in making them. Don't waste your insurance, or your cash. Excellent expertise and knowledge – If you are a serious runner or athlete and looking for someone who really understands the demands of being a high-intensite athlete (especially long-distance runners), I'd highly recommend this place. Don't go in here expecting cheap prices or an inexpensive, quick fix. The owner does things right and is thorough.
bad service, bad orthotics – this company gave me nothing but headaches, footaches and backaches when wearing there shoes. Then took weeks to return phone calls and didn't return the money they initially guarenteed. I will never recommend them
