Im not sure why there is a negative review. I had the most wonderful experience and the turn around time for the results was about 11 hours. I was there at lunch time and got the results at 10:48 at night. It was easy and professional and I'm happy to know they will be there in the future if ever needed again. I live on Key Biscayne, FL and it was set up perfectly.
HORRIBLE!!!! The communications are non-existent and their turn-around time is over 2 weeks for COVID-19 testing. There is no prioritization for symptomatic individuals, which could also be the county/states lacking protocols. If you are experiencing symptoms, I do NOT recommend county testing or any other site that sends to this Lab. MD Now is using BioReference Labs, with an average turn-around time of 4-5 days(7 days Max).
