Everyone I spoke with was very nice and informative. They did move my appointment once due to another job running long. The tech arrived on time and was very nice. Took good care of my home. There were a couple of spots in the grout that didn't come out but everywhere else looks great.

I highly recommend Bio Tile and Grout Restoration! I have used them twice in the last year and a half and both times they have exceeded our expectations. I have limestone that stains very easily from anything acidic. I have had a lot of accidents in the kitchen and butler area. Adam and Jarek came out the first day to make sure we were all on the same page. Then Jarek worked so hard for 3 full days to make our floors perfect.
