This is the lab the MD Now (Urgent care facility) in Florida uses for lab results. They are taking a longgggggg time to get back Covid results and results are dubious. My first test came back "inconcusive" after a week of waiting. I went for another test at MD Now and still waiting for a week with no news. In Miami, the virus is rampant and I need to know my results! 8 days latter and 100 different stories why my results aren’t ready.... very angry... stay away from this lab....like stay away as far as possible! If I could give them 0 stars, I totally would!!!!
I think this test was useless indeed. I took a test 6/10/2020. The flyer they gave me said it may take 5-7days to get result. Even I received email from them that the result is available, I coulnd't get it. . They asked me to contact, email to them for identify. I've been checking, send them email everyday, or tried to call them. Never got through or I received same email that they will respond you in 48 hours. They do not provide timely results. In many other countries results are available within hours. It is not clear what we are paying for and what is the utility of these tests if the results sometimes take 5 days to come back.
This place is the worst for getting results timely! I covid tested Tuesday, 6/9/2020, Lot J, TIAA, Jacksonville, FL, and was told I would have my results in 72 hours. Today is 6/16/2020, and I still do not have my results. DO NOT GO TO LOT J, TIAA, as they are saying there is a delay in processing results. If you are positive you will get your results in 2-4 days, but if you are negative who knows when you will get them. It's just over a week for me. "Free" has come to bite me in the ass. I want to thank Kathleen Trinidad from the customer service line for being so nice and calm with me. This is a crazy time and we all need to respect people like her who are doing their best to help us. Please be kind and have patience with them. We are all in this together and don't forget its call the "UNITED" state of america.
