Very poor customer service at lab. Waited an hour even though I had an appt. Turns out the receptionist was also the only phlebotomist there. For 2 draws with a mobile phlebotomist, they never sent bills to my insurance and sent my account to collections without notifying me. Patient portal has no way to review billing history.
Worked at Bioreference under Dawn Mosley who is now a manager xifin (pro billing) and worst Boss period! Under her management our team was outsourced and last but not least is Karen king Operations at BioReference ( a true Karen) with a walking resting bitch face is possibility the worst human being you can come across. Now a supervisor for a Fortune 500. Thank god our dept was outsourced. Small company even bigger Hell! Stay away! You deserve better
Sent here by a rheumatologist for blood tests. ONE poor girl working. She was answering phones, scheduling pickups, filling out paperwork, and when she had time she was doing the blood tests. We were horrified! The wait was ridiculous, the girl was stressed out. Very poorly run and staffed.
Absurdly bad. I had a test done that should have taken 5-7 days. Results dictate if another test is needed in a finite period of time. It has been 14 days, and I have no results. Their customer service line is a joke. The incompetence is unbelievable--they know nothing about labs, results, timeframes, anything. For over a week I have tried to get a simple answer to "when will my results be ready?" I still have no idea. WORST of the WORST labs EVER for covid testing. If you go to a site that uses this lab...RUN. 3 days no results and NO ONE can help you! They advertise UP TO 48 hours BS! Horrible! No wonder this virus is a pandemic. Places like this don't give a crap. If Minus 10 was an option, that's the rating I would give. Because of them, I will NOT use MD Now again. 3 of my friends were tested other places and got results the NEXT DAY !!
Stay away! Still haven’t recieved my sons blood results after a wk. these test should’ve been back in less than 72 hrs. I now have sick child with no answer. When I phoned the lab they had no answers for me. Unexceptable! Stay away!!!
If you have a parent and child going for a covid test one would think maybe we should process both tests together.. But NOT this lab!! 54hrs after giving the sample, my results are not back but my daughters I got back 16 hrs later.. I should be thankful that the test were only needed to go to a sporting event and not a medical procedure.. I will billing them for the $200+ Dollars spent for the tickets that are not refundable due to the labs incompetence !!!
Typical of NYS to partner up with the a slow unreliable lab like this. I made a profile on their website after my covid-19 test and 4 days later they haven't even "found any information" on me a a patient. Nurses or whoever were nice at the testing site but other than that... they absolutely suck. Cuomo screws up another time by picking them. First he kills a few THOUSAND elderly by sending covid patients to nursing homes now picks these jokes as the testing company...
Worst place to test. They should lose their license. Got tested July 9th. It is now Sunday the 26th and nothing. I called several times because my employer was waiting for these results. I emailed them and no answer. I will be calling my insurance company to stop payment as well. Playing with peoples lives and employment. Rated 0
