We contracted with bio-pest for a major clean out and restoration of our crawlspace due to rodent activity. They did a nice job of removing the rats. We are not able to recommend their clean out and restoration services though. Yes, they got the job done. However, this was after we had to ask them to return, as we discovered the work was incomplete.
