I was sent her from Kaiser. My podiatrist was kind enough to warn me that insurance wouldn't cover my orthotics. For $220, I got an exam, a foot mold, the orthotics for both feet, fitted for them when they came in, and they were trimmed to fit my shoes. They were very friendly and thorough and quick. I was told two weeks for the orthotics to come in, but they were ready 3 days earlier. I'd definitely recommend this place.
Our family is absolutely so thankful for our orthotics. The staff is friendly and helpful. Erick took the time to explain and go over what we needed in order to have the most positive results with the orthotics. We are ordering 3 additional pairs and just pick up my dads order. His 72 and loves them. He was hesitant and unsure but after wearing them for 8 months and it has made such a difference. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail this lab has. It took me a couple visits to get my orthotics just right but the doctor and staff here was committed entirely to my happiness and satisfaction. Literally so grateful to have comfortable shoes again with no pain in my feet.
