Final Edit 1/10/2026: I have given up. These were unfortunately a complete waste of time and $400. I still believe my orthotics were switched with someone else's, because the arch pain from wearing them is off the charts. I wore these through intense pain, tried exercises, 16 weeks of physical therapy, numerous pairs of $150 shoes, with ever lasting arch pain, which I thought was my plantar fasciitis. Edit 12/28/2025: After wearing these for a few months, they still cause me pain, which worsen the longer I am on my feet. The pain is now in my arch, which feels like I'm stepping on a ball in both feet. The longer I wear them, the pain gets worse, until I take them off at the end of the day. My feet cry when I use these insoles, and I only get relief when I take them off & put on my oofos slippers. Overall, I have to say I do not recommend, not for the price point. Great staff, great service and first class orthotics and a fair price.
This review is coming from a normal off-the-street individual, who received a referral for custom orthotics from Kaiser in regard to my Plantar Fasciitis foot pain. This place is nothing short of 5 stars, but you have to GIVE IT TIME. I went through all the emotions - hope, excitement, disappointment, frustration, and was at the end of giving up hope, but my last appointment for an adjustment on Sept 11th, finally solved all of my problems. Love their work! I delayed getting inserts by buying others. What a waste of money. I should have just started here! They make a great product that has improved my life. If you have foot pain, skip those other guys and come here.
