Bio-One of PDX was truly a godsend during a very difficult and unfortunate situation involving the cleanup of a biohazard at an estate I was administering. From the moment I called, the team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly responsive. They handled all of the paperwork and were able to complete the job the very next day. The crew of 4-5 people were super nice and did a fantastic job. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and hard working. I am really glad we found them!
All I can say is that you guys are AMAZING!!! I work for a property management company and I was in deep need of a vendor who could take on a biohazard clean up. They did just that and on top of it still went above and beyond to find tenant items of value. That tenant was so happy to have all her items returned after suffering a fall which displaced her from the unit. Before and after photos were provided along with a full report of all areas. Thank you again for helping me out!
