The staff was friendly and helpful. They provide an efficient and fast service. I was in and out in less than 15 min.
I will never go to this lab again. Walked into the office no other patient's were waiting, Great!!! In an out sat waiting for acknowlement-no one acknowledged me what so ever. They individually walked out looked at me standing in the lobby an walked back to the room the were huddle in. Mind you no other patients are in the office, Finally i guess the manager or lead phlebotomist came out, took my information ( still not greeting me). Ok this is an update from when I came in 3 months ago.... I don’t remember the girl that seen me but I know she’s been there awhile. She was nice friendly and seem to know what she was doing. I noticed it’s less painful when they know what they are doing. I had a pleasant visit. If I get her all the time I’d be such a happy person. Lol.
The staff was very nice and helpful. I'd recommend this place.
