After being stuck I told the lady the stick didn’t feel right, was painful and requested a restick. This lady literally laughed in my face as if I was causing her a problem and told me it was nothing as if I have never donated plasma. Literally ignored my complaint about pain and moved on. I have donated here many many times and the unprofessional attitudes are very common. The staff at this center are very unproffesional. I have been going here on and off for several years and everytime I decide the extra money is worth the horrible customer/donor service I get disappointed once again. Who these days does not need extra money? Most definitely my reason for going is to supplement my income a little but is it really worth the terrible treatment. Well they told me one thing on the telephone to get me in there and then they told me something different when I actually got there because inept untrained people
This place is very unprofessional! I have been to bio places all across usa. The staff is VERY RUDE! They try to watch t.v. as they stick u, and everyone acts like children in there! If you have a question or comment they dismiss you like you are taking up their time! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIFIC PLACE AGAIN. So whoever's life I was saving I do apologize, but will not be giving them anymore of my time or plasma!!
first time at a blood bank,went at 7:00 am on a Monday when they opened and no worries! Staff was courteous,friendly,funny and well educated.Be prepared to spend a couple of hours there,hydrate well,and eat nutritious proteins before donating.
total incompetent completely unprofessional defective equipment debit card with way to many service charges all in all very unpleasant
Great place to go when you're unemployed but I've had some odd experiences there. I get deferred because of a low protein blood sample and have to give another. I call there at the appropriate time one day and they say they have my latest blood sample results which looked good and just waiting for a doctor sign off on it. Then I call again and they say they're still waiting on it. Something funny going on there. And not ha-ha funny.
The murders lied and said I said something when they never asked me the question. That's why people go elsewhere.
