I’ve been seeing Dr Hanes for many many years. I’ve never had a bad experience. She truly cares and she knows how to fill out paperwork unlike other medical professionals I’ve dealt with.
I can’t say enough good things about Nurse Practitioner Ashley Gleason. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely attentive to her patients. As a psychiatric provider, she creates a safe and welcoming environment that makes it easy to open up and feel understood. Ashley takes the time to listen, never rushes appointments, and always makes sure her patients feel heard and supported. I found the staff to be more than friendly. They have done everything they could to make accommodation for me.
My experience with this practice has been repeatedly negative and if you have limited options due to your insurance's coverage, I feel for you. The providers here have displayed indifference and dismissive attitudes for several years. If you must register as a patient here, avoid Ashley Gleason. Not only did she not clearly inform me on relevant policies at three start of treatment, she ignored my calls for months without giving me the reason which I had to hear from the receptionist.
