Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of due to being a surgeon. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable

They exceeded my expectations Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
