The staff is the worst ever. My husband had a very painful hand. It took a month to get in to see Dr. Binzer, then he ordered an MRI, then it took six weeks to get in to get the results - arthritis. Meanwhile, I decided I would see him about my swollen knees. I got in quick and without even examining me he decided to do "stem cell" injections, which he promised was covered by my insurance. Called this office, which was referred to my by an Urgent Care clinic, to schedule an appointment for my daughter. She injured her knee playing basketball and while an x-ray showed no fracture, the Urgent Care physician felt she needed an MRI. I called this office on Monday morning and received Voice Mail during normal office hours. I left a message and waited for a return call. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Would you recommend this orthopedic surgeon to others? I Already Have Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all
