Bintz was called to fix our heating. I think this company is too quick to fix things and doesnt give exceptional service. He was here twice to fix our issue. Each time we felt he was in too much of a hurry!!
Bintz is amazing! They replaced our furnace and less than 6 months later, we called them because our a/c went out. They came the same day to troubleshoot and determined our compressor was bad. Because we had an old unit, they gave us three options for either replacing the compressor, purchasing a dry unit or replacing the entire thing. We chose to replace the entire unit, which they did the very next morning and only took 1.5 hours! They are very professional, down-to-earth, family-oriented and friendly.
