Im from Chicago been in minnesota for 20 years. I love getting braids and I've been through countless braiders and Ms Ester by far is the best I've come across. I showed her a picture of a style I wanted and she delivered, it was better than the picture I showed her. Thank you Ms. Ester I love my hair and I've gotten so many compliments on it. Im also letting everyone know who completed this style, and you will definitely will see me soon. Ive attached a picture of how detailed the style is, it's a versatile mohawk.
I booked appt for 2/25 at 5 pm get there. They tell me to turn around. The person I spoke with left. And no one felt like doing my hair. I called the woman I spoke with and she didn’t have any customer service and I have text message that she confirmed appt. Didn’t have a valid reason. But that she forgot. 10/10 don’t recommend being that I have a special Photo shoot tomorrow. Thanks to Fanta and mayamas on Fremont for squeezing me in.
Had a bad experience over the weekend with my older daughter. That braider was unprofessional and my daughter spent 8am-7pm for small knotless with curls. She payed 300 also. I came to this shop today for my baby girl. Communication was good. Very professional and only 3 hrs for the same hair style and very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back. Amy did my daughter’s hair amazing.
I walked in and didn’t have an appointment, but they still was able to start my hair right away and they were quick and done within 4 hours. Everyone was nice too, I paid $230 for waist length , plus $7 for cash app fee, plus a $13 tip. I will be back again!!!
Prices are high, they overbook and don’t focus on your head so you can finish. They will stop doing your hair to start another persons hair and you’ll be there for fourth days and forty nights before you get done. You’ll get agitated easily from them talking in their language and know that they are talking about you if you ask questions. They do good braids though.
