Prices are high, they overbook and don’t focus on your head so you can finish. They will stop doing your hair to start another persons hair and you’ll be there for fourth days and forty nights before you get done. You’ll get agitated easily from them talking in their language and know that they are talking about you if you ask questions. They do good braids though.
Went for the first time yesterday and it was amazing.The ladies are super sweet and friendly. They were super busy but got me in the chair pretty quickly. They usually have one person start the braids and another person finish the ends which makes it take less time! They started my hair around 1:50pm and I was out by 6:00 pm It’s a bit chaotic but the braids will eat so it’s worth it lol. Super affordable paid 200 for knotless and it was down to my back. Definitely coming back!
This place is a joke. Bintou’s stylist ruined my hair, gave me crooked, uneven braids nothing like what I asked for, and ignored me when I tried to speak up. I watched her steal the expensive curly hair I brought and then lie about it. I sat there for hours while people who came after me were served first. Then she ghosted me when I asked for a refund. She’s unprofessional, dishonest, and doesn’t care about her clients. Avoid this place at all costs.
Do NOT go to this braiding shop. They will steal from you and completely disrespect your time and money. They don’t know what they’re doing, the parts are crooked, the styles come out NOTHING like the photos, and they’re careless with your hair. I brought expensive human hair for curly pieces, and they straight up stole it. When I confronted them, they lied. When I texted them after, I was ignored. The ladies in that shop are heaven sent went for the first time a few day's ago got the knot less braids done by Dolling hands of an angel I absolutely love my hair the public love's my hair 😍 😇 highly recommend this shop
