The day I was serviced by Binta it was in the afternoon. At times she seemed frustrated because I was giving directions on how to do MY hair. At one point we went back and forth. I stopped talking and let her finish the task that she could have said no to doing if she wanted to go home at a certain time. That was my first problem. My second problem after she did my kinky twist she started cutting up along each twist. The lady was nice but she didn't finished my daughter's hair with a leave out she left the leaves out part horrible. Her flat iron didn't work right and she used way too big of a hair curler. Smdh unprofessional
