They closed over 20 minutes early with no notice. I was unable to get my blood pressure monitor, and they are not open on weekends so I have to attempt to go on Monday before work or I have to purchase the monitor at a store not using my prescription.

They keep you on hold for 30min b4 they answer. They don't communicate with you when you're doctor placed and order they wait until the prescription expires and you call them only to find out their was and issue.

As someone else said, this place is absolutely horrible. Manager does not return calls, and when my portable tank ran out, he refused several times to exchange it. It was only after his district manager told him to take care of me that he did so. Much more to the story, but suffice to say Binsons will never get any of my business and I'll be happy to pass along my disappointment to any one who will listen!

This place absolutely sucks. Been trying to get a refill for the portable oxygen tanks for 9 days. Stuck at home. Just an endless loop of being put on hold for literally 1 hour at a time with no answer so I finally gave up. I'd rather go out and take my chance of not having oxygen than deal with this HORRIBLE company.

Last Friday we had a rental lift chair delivered as I am having a knee replacement. Bryan and Dave H. were the delivery men and they couldn't have been any nicer. It was a long day for them but they both took the time to go over the paperwork and instructions on how to operate the chair. I was able to ask questions and they answered them without hurrying. There should be more delivery men like them. They are the best!!!!! I would give them 5 stars plus!!!!
