It was a little unusual to not be given an estimate time frame for the original quote. I was just told they would call me with a time. So I waited all day with no call. Finally around 5 PM I received a call that they would be there in an hour. Kind of inconvenient since I want to be cooking dinner and now can't, but the tech did show despite the thunderstorm so it's fine I guess. He looked at the lights that aren't working and gave us a quote in like 30 minutes or less and we scheduled the appointment for work to be done for... read more
