I had a mixed experience with Binsky. Their plumbing techs and electricians installed a new water heater tank and an accompany local power shutoff. They were very friendly and it was very convenient to have both plumbing and electrical techs show up together (compared to having different plumbing techs and electricians show up separately). I also scheduled an HVAC appointment for a seasonal tune-up. The Binsky technician was excellent. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. My AC wasn’t working, and he took the time to thoroughly test all possible issues. He clearly explained everything he found and provided me with repair options without any pressure. He was able to get my central air working again and also pointed out an issue with my heating system that should be addressed before winter. Have had an AC tech out twice and an electrician once to see if my AC is working and to fix the tripped breaker and my AC is still not working. The electrician came for 10 minutes didn't even try turning the AC on to make sure the breaker didn’t trip again and said everything was good now its about to be 90 degrees for the next 4 days. They don’t do a thorough job, and now cant come out until Monday or possibly later.

Edited Review: Binsky has been coming to our home for about two years now. Yesterday, they replaced our A/C unit and coil plus other necessary items. I would say it was fairly priced considering a few friends are also pricing out A/C units as well. They were professional, knowledgeable, explained anything I needed to know and answer all questions.
