I was Thomas‘s first sale of his career in 2002. Coming from New England looking for a winter home, we met Thomas. It was so nice to meet someone of his honesty and sincerity always looking out for us. I do not recommend buying a house from Bink Realty. Thomas sold us a house he flipped less than two years ago. Upon moving in we quickly discovered many corners were cut in the process of him redoing the house. Our latest discovery was that he did not have the electrical around the pool properly installed which could have led to the electrocution and death of my 4 kids. He is dishonest and not trustworthy. Highly do NOT recommend.
Thomas was awesome helping me find a rental property. He exceeded my expectations and definitely will use him in the future for my real estate needs. 10 star A+ service.
