Dr. Binh Nguyen was so rude when I visited him for a cardiac arrythmia. Whenever I asked him a question about my condition, he would act as if I were not intelligent and look at me as if it was not a big deal even though it was a big deal. Also, he acted as if he did not know about my condition and was very perplexed about the issue.
