It was a pleasant and uneventful visit everyone answered all questions it was very courteous
Dr Binh Nguyen and his team was excellent. I had a loop recorder installed today and they were all incredibly nice. Thank you all very much for taking the best care of me.
Dr. Nguyen was helpful in educating me about my pacemaker/defib. He cleared up my misconceptions. He suggested solutions. He impressed me as extremely focused to my unique needs. Greatly appreciate him making very complicated issues understandable. Transparent in communication. Consider this premium experience. This excellence also reflected in admitting & tech staff. All staff seemed experienced--not "newbies." Sincere appreciation for relievimg my anxiety. Thank you.
