Ice cream is delicious. But customer service is not as good. extremely long wait times. Get skipped over for newly arriving cars! There has got to be a better way to know who comes first and gets served first.
Something is completely wrong with the ice cream machine... my husband ordered a chocolate dipped cone, and since the ice cream was too soft, they gave it to him in a drink cup with the dip chocolate just pored in there... I understand it’s “soft served ice cream.” But this surpassed that, it was soup in a drink cup. Should have given us a straw instead of a spoon. Or just don’t serve ice cream if it’s not working right that day. WASTE OF MONEY. 👎🏼
