Rude employees. Put meat sauce on veggie plate without asking. No water cups. Simply the worst.
This place is AWESOME. I think that they're hot plates are even better than the ones they have to offer in Rochester. If you haven't been here yet you don't know what you're missing!!!
Fabulous food and a great price. Went for Restaurant Week at the peak of lunch rush. Staff was friendly and the place was very well run. Clean bathroom and lots of smiles. I would go there again, lots of choices on the menu. Very accommodating! Great job Binghamton Hots!!!
