The office staff and technician were great! They answered all of our questions, provided useful information and education on our issue with carpenter ants. Our technician Dave was on time and did an excellent and thourough job! I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Great service BUT be ready to call several times to talk to someone. I've left several messages and never gotten a reply. I had to just wait till hours of operation and try try try. They eventually answer and then its all gravy!
