My first visit was yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience, with the staff putting me at ease each step along the way. After looking for years, I finally found a dentists office I feel good about going to. The hygienist explained everything to me as she was doing it and Dr Bingham-Lester also took pains to explain my dental state and understand my own priorities. I would definitely recommend them and I am kind of a difficult dental patient!

Dr. Bingham-Lester is friendly and thoroughly professional all at the same time. I have been a patient since she opened her office in Gambrills, her staff has changed/grown in this time. But I have always found them to be friendly and helpful with insurance claims and payment questions, scheduling appointment, and/or treatment plans. The office is very clean, homey, and inviting. Fantastic customer service!! I needed an appointment and they called me right back to schedule an appointment. No other dentist office has ever taken the time to explain my benefits to me. They are wonderful and even though it is just an estimate that they give, it is usually very close to what my insurance covers. Some other dental offices won't take the time to prepare me for what may or may not be covered. They are wonderful.
I have no idea where that other person visited. Dr. Bingham -Lester is wonderful and all my family and some of my friends go to her. Sometimes we spend extra time just talking with her and laughing. She has a wonderful office because she worked hard to get all of it. You should see her wall of degrees!! Dr. Bingham-Lester is professional and courteous and very personable.
