From the moment we walked into the unit, we should’ve recognized the red flags. We were told the apartment was “ready to go,” but the blinds were missing, and the stove burners weren’t even installed. I reported it, and yes — they fixed those items — but that was only the beginning. This staff is incredibly rude, uneducated and not helpful. I asked about moving in a Monday morning and was told I had to wait until 3 pm!!! Is this a hotel??? My patio had two fridges on it for 3 days!! I still do not have the correct mailbox key. My screen door leaks and maintenance does not answer calls AT ALL!!
