I just wanna take time to thank all the staff just moved in and I love it had to put in a work order but that same week Martin and Daniel came in and took care of all my wor orders really appreciate them for taking care of what I needed thank u guys
I had a very smooth move in. Joaquin helped me find a very nice apartment with a nice pool nearby!. He was very helpful and welcoming when i had first met him and answered all my questions. The apartment was clean and painted very well, All maintenance was taken care of by Martin and Daniel they did an outstanding job and were quick to respond . They answer phones then hang up. Washer doesn't work. We only have boiling hot water in shower. Before they fixed the water heater we only had cold water. Outlets dont work. Toilet leaks. Don't move here! I even found a cocktail roach by my front door.
I moved into my apartment May 1st of this year. I still don't have hot water and i or in a work order because my tub water keeps leaking. Their maintenance is terrible and take forever to complete. Leasing office doesn't return phone calls. Do not move here!
Alexxus was the best leasing manager. Ever since the new one came in i have issues with maintenance and getting my phone calls returned. They say they close at 5:30PM but they are leaving mid day. I don't recommend moving here with the new leasing manager. Edit: There has been a great improvement since my original review. Alexis has been very great and helpful. Due to great service and maintenance, i decided to renew my lease and move into a bigger unit. Terrible place to live. I can't wait for my lease to be up. Washer and ... read more
