I love Bing's location in Powell and the spa is very comfortable. My massage therapist was Hana and her skills are top-notch!

Good massage but it depends on who the provider is. The last one had no flow at all and not relaxing. Answering the phone and texting in the middle of the massage interrupted the flow even more. I always tip in cash but the push for cash payment is a little irritating.
