Can I make a suggestion for Binford Supply? Although they have Great Product your Customer Service needs improvement. The first time we went the guy at the front desk was not very helpful and was very short with us. The second time we went on the same day the older man was very Nice to us and had the product we needed to pick up!! They could use more help in the morning at the front desk. One person for a while with 6 in line. Took 30 minutes before I was waited on. Once with the rep, everything was good.
Was going here for the past 3 years, the wait times have been awful and the customer service is definitely less than ideal. Recently I was calling wanting to place an order for pick-up and Rod said that isn't allowed even after I offered to pay for the materials over the phone. When I expressed that I didn't want to sit around for an hour while everything was slowly loaded he informed me I would have better luck going to Lowe's.
