They could use more help in the morning at the front desk. One person for a while with 6 in line. Took 30 minutes before I was waited on. Once with the rep, everything was good.
Was going here for the past 3 years, the wait times have been awful and the customer service is definitely less than ideal. Recently I was calling wanting to place an order for pick-up and Rod said that isn't allowed even after I offered to pay for the materials over the phone. When I expressed that I didn't want to sit around for an hour while everything was slowly loaded he informed me I would have better luck going to Lowe's.
