A Binford technician stole over $100 worth of property from my home during a treatment recently. After I filed a report with the appropriate law enforcement authority, the owner recovered my property and visited with me. He emphasized how deeply disappointed he was with his employee, but provided no apology or service recovery act to compensate for the time I spent in pressing charges and recovering my property.
