Absolutely wonderful!!
Owner not responsive. Showed up late. Rude woman there said she didn’t have the product to do twists, and said come back at 4. She called owner, owner still didn’t answer. The rude woman said, “… she probably forgot….”! Still no response from owner. Totally unacceptable!! !!!
