I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Everyone I have talked to has been polite and responded quickly to my questions. My house is over 100 years old, and I had to call them to fix a gas line and some water shut-off valves. Due to the age of the house, I asked for a quote to replace old the water lines. I've been using A.D. for a few years now. I've so far had nothing but exceptional service from their staff and technicians. Every time I had a tech. at my home they were quick to diagnose issues and correct problems swiftly and explained it thoroughly and professionally. Crews are sent out on the promised day, and I always receive a call ahead which is much appreciated. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Came later than a set time they were supposed to & I called & asked for a free estimate only over the phone. I confirmed with the man before he even entered my home that he was here for a free estimate he told me yes. They apparently sent a tech out who didn’t lift a finger or pick up a tool. He was there 5 minutes tops said water heater is old & you probably need new pipes. A week later I received an invoice saying work was done & they tried to blow out the pipes, again not a fing... read more
Joe came out to measure the whole house to decide what BTU furnace I would need & capacity of the water heater. Service was scheduled and completed in 2 days. Chaser & John were professional & worked together very well. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and took the old furnace & water heater including all of the packing material with them.
