This law firm is well known but seem to rip off small business owners like myself. Though It’s been few years for me, but what Mr. Michael Malter did still bothering me till today!. After prior consultations I had with two BR attorneys, I was referred by one of them to Binder and Malter to file my CH 11 case. Then I went to what supposedly be a free consultation. Worst company i ever worked with. fought for it for 7 years and failed . dident send me paperwork missed hearings and when it went federal i was droped and not notified till after it was too late. Same Day i was notified i asked for my paperwork and they said they send it 1 month later i call back and was told they shreded everything. Now i have to restart my case and find a new lawyer that will accept me with out paperwork showing they are not my lawyer anymore. Because of them me and my family are homeless .
