I can't recommend Binai Construction high enough. They were a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful with their advice while also willing to listen to suggestions. Very responsive and fast to implement changes on the run, once agreed. I used them for a residential lot subdivision and complete and major renovation of an old home remaining on one of the subdivided lots. I would not hesitate to use them again on a similar project.
Daryoush is very kind and considerate and did an amazing job at our place. This was our first time doing such a big renovation, and we didn’t really understand the whole process at the start. Daryoush always kept us updated on the progress and was there the whole way through, helping us make the right decisions. He and his team did really high-quality work, and we are very happy with how everything turned out.

Binai professionalism was amazing!! The renovation he did for me was absolute quality and was completed ahead of time and on budget! All through the build he kept me informed on what was happening next so there was no confusion at all. He was the first person on site each day to take possession of deliveries and to let the tradies know what was expected of them.
