Bin 707 Foodbar is a local culinary wonder. The restaurant takes pride in their seasonal menu dictating dishes that are created using only locally-sourced ingredients. The food is eclectic but it preserves the gourmettraditions of the Grand Valley. The Beer Cheese Soup, Pork Ragu, and the Bin Burger are striking lunch dishes here, while the Lamb Tenderloin and Wagyu Beef Short Rip highlight the dinner menu. Cheese and charcuterie are all-time favorites among regulars. Potent cocktails complete the delectable meal.

It took exactly 30 minutes from getting seated to being done with appetizers and entrees. Very disa... read more
Our first visit to Bin 707. Atmosphere is open and comfortable in a corner location with lots of windows, a patio (where we ate), and a bar tastefully tucked to one side. The highlights for us were the outstanding selection of usually unavailable beers (Alchemist brewery in our case), excellent eclectic pizza and breads. They must make their own dough, and they must make it fresh and with the finest flour they can get their hands on. The Bin Burger’s bun was powdery and light, although the burger was just a burger. I used to come in after work and grab a burger and beer when this place was in the alpine building. Have tried it a few times since they moved and it is just not what it used to be. Lost its touch in my opinion.
