Wow! I wish I had found Bimmer Logic several years ago. I will never take my BMW anywhere else. Luke spent so much time with me on the phone educating me about tires and my system software.(got the tires, updated the system). He was very friendly and professional. Batai was incredibly welcoming, highly knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was treated like family. Maintaining a BMW can get expensive. I always worried that I should only get service at the dealership. No more. This is my place!
The team at Bimmer Logic is fantastic to work with. I specifically work with Ba-tai (spelling unsure of, but his customer service is 100 percent! ) He knows the vehicle well, my BMW Z3 and can troubleshoot challenges with me and find parts that no one else can! His honesty is valued when selecting which issues to prioritize when dealing with safety first and expensive parts. Betai was amazing at providing detailed updates and opinions at every stage of the work, and I have no doubt that my car was well taken care of during its time in the shop.
