Just had a scheduled major maintenance service done on my rare 2017 bmw 330 x drive wagon. These guys love bmw’s and know what they are doing. Upfront about pricing, had a nice loaner ready for us on arrival and detailed our car prior to pick up. . Went through everything prior to and upon pick up and told me no need to do the rear brakes yet . Dan & the team at Bimmer Logic had / have (continuing to use them) great communication and did great work to quickly fix some suspension work on my new M4 and got me a great quote on a set of tires. Will continue to use them as my preferred shop for my BMW moving forward!
Great service! The guys are very personable, helpful, and thorough. They gave me great advice prior to purchasing a used BMW; explaining several things that I should look for. After I purchased the car, they gave me a full service, inspection, and report. I am very happy with the whole process.
After my car shut down on the first day of our vacation in the Asheville area, we contacted Bimmer Logic. I can honestly say in all my years of dealing with repair shops these guys were the best. They helped us get towed very quickly and drove us to a car rental so we could continue our vacation. They also checked out our car that same day and gave good advice on repairs.
