I hired BIM to repair some water ingress in one of my garage walls. I was very impressed with the crew who undertook the work. Although it was a relatively small job, they were very approachable & responsive to my questions etc. I had been trying to find a company on the Northern Beaches for a while but it was difficult. While the quality of craftsmanship is acceptable once work is undertaken, overall project delivery is significantly undermined by poor time management, inadequate QA processes, and a lack of transparent communication. Clients without construction knowledge are particularly vulnerable. As Strata Secretary I dealt directly with BIM personnel, whom I found to be very respectful, knowledgeable, thorough & proactive in working in with our residents. BiM personnel were careful to clear as they went and at the end left our property in a clean state, with little to no fuss. Henry, Lucas, Joe, Archie and the team were fantastic. I engaged BIM to remediate and renovate a Victorian terrace in Newtown. The team were professional and good natured throughout. I'd happily recommend BIM to anyone undertaking a similar project.
