As Strata Secretary I dealt directly with BIM personnel, whom I found to be very respectful, knowledgeable, thorough & proactive in working in with our residents. BiM personnel were careful to clear as they went and at the end left our property in a clean state, with little to no fuss. Henry, Lucas, Joe, Archie and the team were fantastic. I engaged BIM to remediate and renovate a Victorian terrace in Newtown. The team were professional and good natured throughout. I'd happily recommend BIM to anyone undertaking a similar project.

we hired BIM remedial builders and mark and his men clint and others to repair the front of our house which was built in 1940, they were professional and punctual in the manner in which they did their work and they knew what needed to be done they worked with us to get the best outcome and we are very pleased with the final outcome, thank you BIM we hope to work with you again.
