Mike and the team have been great to work with. We bought a pump and filter from them last year ran into some issues with our filter (valve mechanism malfunction) they made it right. Fast forward we basically had them redo everything on our pool due to old plumbing/leaks this fall. Very happy with the work and the service. Mike fixed some old safety cover brass studs and threw in some springs to boot. Excited to be done throwing money at this thing, next summer should be great. Am happy with Bilz services but when they opened our pool, they tightened our Chlorine Generator to the point where no matter the tools I use, it will not loosen. I called and asked them to come and remove it so that I can clean it, as it is not producing Chlorine. They said that they would send someone out. It has been over a week and I have dumped at least 4 gallons of Chlorine into the pool waiting for them to come and fix their mistake and all they do is claim that "I am on the schedule" but I have yet to hear anything f... read more
