Poor communication. Good service once they got here. A trip fee is completely understandable, but failing to communicate that there is one when talking over the phone then dropping a $90 charge in your customer’s lap is a problem. And this is after I specifically told you guys the problem I was having (fried indoor blower motor). Christian brothers had better pricing options anyways. David Flores did a magnificent job with my A/C install and fixed the duct work that the previous company messed up. I wasn't getting enough air in the large bedroom, but now it works great! The previous installer was Chas Roberts-Booo- who denied that there was ever a problem. David is honest and his pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical for your A/C installation.
