Nice, decent hotel but has staff with customer service issues My cousin had her wedding ceremony and reception at this hotel. Many of us also booked rooms for the weekend (we easily had 12+ rooms). The rating is for the customer service we (as a group collectively) received. It should really be only 1 star but I know many people will automatically skip over the review assuming I was overly harsh. Biltmore Hotel I thought the room was a little outdated. The beds were too hard and not very comfortable. The room was supposedly a suite, but it was just like a regular hotel room and it was small. The staff at the front desk were not that helpful. I liked that there was free Internet service.

very accommodating – The staff at the Biltmore is competent and accommodating. Our group has had several events at the hotel of the past year and we have been generally pleased with the rooms, food and most importantly the responsiveness of the folks managing and facilitating our events.
My Pleasure – I have had the pleasure of using the Biltmore's event space for professional monthly meetings for the past five years. They are extremely accommodating and the service is exceptional. From the front desk, to the bell hop, to the hotel staff who sets up for meetings, and the management, I have never been disappointed with any aspect of my time there and have continuously received positive feedback from the meeting attendees in regards to the hotel.
