The owner is a very difficult person to deal with during construction but home turned out very nice. Once the project was completed and Biltmore was paid in full, I had a sub-contractor place a lien on my home because Biltmore failed to pay the sub. Biltmore refuses to pay the sub and refuses to help me get the lien removed. I have been in my new home for 90 days now, and Biltmore did not return to complete items on the punch list. I had to do them myself.
I am in the process of renovating a home (which has surveillance cameras covering every square inch of the property) and have a large dumpster in the driveway. To my surprise one day, I come to realize my dumpster has been filled by someone else. I got to investigating and located several boxes with shipping labels/ account names on them with Keith Sprik all over it, including Lowes, Home Depot and Winn Nelson. Very experienced builder. Especially accommodating and flexible for scheduling appointments, and creative floorplans that maximize square footage on a variety of lot sizes and shapes.
