We are a residential and commercial building company in Meridian Idaho specializing in both semi-custom homes which we call "Biltmore Signature Homes," as well as custom designed spec homes and townhomes we call "Biltmore Select." Our commercial division builds anything from small office to multi family apartment projects which we build both for ourselves and for other clients.

Check your crawlspace. ***UPDATE*** Biltmore has conveniently left out some other facts from their "bit of background" response. To fill in everyone, the landscapers before close put down sod in 105 degree heat and never watered it. How do we know, 1) our neighbors told us after we moved in and 2) it was pretty obvious from the fact that every peice of sod was dried out and had shrunk. Very excited to move into our new home, Biltmore has a great team and quality product!
After six months in my Biltmore home, I'm compelled to share my one-star experience, from construction through current occupancy. What initially seemed like minor issues now clearly indicates quality problems with this builder. During construction, the disconnect between the design center and superintendent was glaring. Four separate times, they installed incorrect design elements - wrong flooring, wrong tiles, mismatch bathroom hardware, and incorrectly placed fence lines. Check your crawlspace. To start, I do like the quality and styling that Biltmore puts in their homes which is why I didn't go down to one star. Where they fail, is in regards to the basics of what these homes sit on. Water should not be in the crawlspace, especially for new homes. This means the grading is coming towards the house. The excuse given to their homeowners is "you or your neighbors are overwatering" and there is nothing they will do. Biltmore has been such a pleasure to work with over the last 8 months. Every person I engaged with during the process enjoys what they do and is proud of the product they build, which is evident in everything they do. I’ve purchased several new homes over the last 20 years and they are by far the best! When they say they care about the customer, this is true!
