The warranty process with Biltmore Homes has been the worst we’ve ever experienced. We’ve lived in our new home for 8 months, and despite sending over 50 emails and having 4 different contractors (including Biltmore’s lead warranty worker) come out, the issues remain unresolved. Each visit often leaves us with more damage than before. Biltmore’s own staff admitted that only one person handles warranty repairs for the entire company, which explains why it takes months just to get scheduled.
