EDITED to add- We were not offered a gift card. We were offered a refund for a $50 charge on our HOA dues account if we left a positive review. Original review - We live in a subdivision primarily built by Biltmore, but our home is one of a few built by a different company. Biltmore tried to offer us $50 to leave them a positive review. Not only is this bribery (which is illegal) but we have never even worked with them!! Super shady.
Very friendly company! Impressed with the employees and craftsmanship of our new home so far, especially compared to 2 other new builds we've purchased in other states. If you're looking for a higher quality home that's not insanely priced, I would highly recommend Biltmore. 🤗
This past May, we toured the Parade of Homes, including some stunning homes by Biltmore. We randomly entered the Biltmore drawing for a 75” Samsung Picture Frame TV and won! My hubby was able to mount it thru the wall to our receiver and built-in speakers in the closet and we couldn’t be happier with this tv. The sound is great, the artwork feature is very cool and the picture quality is great! The screen has a matte finish which eliminates glare from our many windows. Check your crawlspace. ***UPDATE*** Biltmore has conveniently left out some other facts from their "bit of background" response. To fill in everyone, the landscapers before close put down sod in 105 degree heat and never watered it. How do we know, 1) our neighbors told us after we moved in and 2) it was pretty obvious from the fact that every peice of sod was dried out and had shrunk.
