We are a residential and commercial building company in Meridian Idaho specializing in both semi-custom homes which we call "Biltmore Signature Homes," as well as custom designed spec homes and townhomes we call "Biltmore Select." Our commercial division builds anything from small office to multi family apartment projects which we build both for ourselves and for other clients.

It’s incredibly disappointing when a company fails to live up to its promises. Building and moving into a new home should be exciting but I feel like that was taken away from us. I genuinely wanted to give Biltmore 5 stars and this truly could have been a 5 star experience , but after enduring their building process and now being four months into the house, trying to get them to fix things without causing more damage is exhausting. Biltmore builds great homes and handles the warranty process very well. Floor plans are new and innovative and the customer service team/realtors provide excellent customer service through the transaction process and beyond into home ownership.
