I showed up to my appointment early, 15 minutes after my appointment time I was taken back into the exam room where I was left waiting. the lights turned off 2 times leaving me in almost total darkness thankfully I had my phone I waited nearly 45 minutes before I walked out. This is not an office I will ever return to he has also canceled on me before. I may be retired but my time is still valuable.
