RecommendedLove Dr. Loli. The scheduling at Biltmore Cardiology has changed for the worse. Been a patient for 6 years, had a procedure Dec 5. I can't get make a follow-up appointment or plan appointment. No one returns your calls. I might be dead before they do figure out how to listen to their messages to call somebody. Just ridiculous!

I had a lexiscan on 4-16-18. Laurie , up front, is always kind, smiling, makes you feel welcomed. Amanda , with the ... ugh.. treadmill... , was AMAZING to me. Very understanding of my hesitation to get on that treadmill! The young woman with the medicine/ X-ray was great! Very light touch with needles!!! I had a 5 star appointment thanks to Amanda!!
Love how sincere and polite they staff are. They are all professional and friendly.
Dr.Jaffe is wonderful... Very caring! Seemed to be very concerned about my health. The people that work for him are really nice and helpful. The waiting room was clean cool and comfortable.
I have only met Dr. Jaffee once so far, but my first visit was great! He really seemed to care, and takes the extra step for you. I can't remember walking out of a Dr. Office feeling confident. Today I went in for an ultra sound and the staff at Biltmore are simply amazing & very welcoming. I highly doubt my future visits will be any different :) Way to go Biltmore!
I would give a 5 star except for one very annoying thing that happened to me yesterday. I saw Dr. Jaffee for first time and really liked him. He seemed to be on top of things and was the first doctors I have seen in Arizona who could actually tell I was sick, He suggested I go into the hospital for a few days to get everything straightened so that evening I went.
