Dr Gruich showed his true colors yesterday and I’m writing this to make sure everyone is aware of what sometimes goes on behind closed doors. He’s been seeing my son since he was a newborn and around his second or third visit he verbally diagnosed my son with asthma and eczema . He advised I no long wash my son with soaps other than sensitive and that I use draft laundry detergent also to not light any more candles in my home . Staff Diana is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She not helpful, doesn’t even want to answer the phone and assist you, and then leave you on hold for a long time. She constantly has an attitude. The worst and horrible customer service.
