Whenever there's an issue that the maintenance person needs to fix will end up making you wait for at least a week for them to respond to your work order so don't bother trying to wait for them because my grandfather has to wait for at least a week to a month if that if they remember who needs maintenance
Ive been all over this country. I'm homeless myself and currently a stranded drifter in Mississippi. I've seen and avoid the worst white and black run down neighborhoods. These organizations do not do this for the benefit of the people. They will drop you anywhere that makes them money. They do not care about the consequences of mixing bad elements.
